To strengthen the Investment Climate Through Improved Policy Making and Reform. This is Fundamental to securing DFID's goals of reducing poverty through economic growth. The Beneficiaries are partner Governments receiving Investment Climate advice from Foreign Investment Advisory Services (FIAS)
