Description

To increase utilisation of reproductive, maternal and child health and nutrition services in Somalia by strengthening the national health systems. This will benefit around 3.4 million people, including 700,000 children <5yrs, 200,000 pregnant women, 135,000 breastfeeding women. This contributes towards our MDGs by improving human development outcomes and will result in reduced; maternal mortality (10%), child mortality (15%) and underweight children (10%) by March 2016.
