Description

To support the delivery of the security, justice and defence programme in Libya by providing expert assistance in delivering the projects. This provision will deliver the various elements of the programme, which in turn will directly benefit Libyan Government institutions and citizens. This will enhance the legitimacy of the Libyan Government, thus promoting the political stability.
