Description

Assisting policy makers in Low Income Countries to make better decisions about when, and how, to prioritise investment in high cost energy infrastructure. Through improved research and evidence on how to maximise the economic benefits of large scale energy projects, and a better understanding of how to bring the benefits of modern energy services to poorer people in those countries.
