The project will reduce the rate of teenage pregnancy amongst adolescent girls aged 10-19 in Tonkolili District, Sierra Leone. To achieve this, the project will adopt a behaviour change approach amongst 3,180 boys and 3,180 girls to address the underlying attitudes which drive teenage pregnancy. It will also engage parents, teachers and the wider community to create an enabling environment and support the National Secretariat for the Reduction of Teenage Pregnancy to roll out the National Strategy for the reduction of teenage pregnancy.
