Description

To provide Independent Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) services to the Good Governance Fund (GGF). The GGF is funded by UK DFID and FCO to provide technical assistance in support of governance and economic reform in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The MEL provider will support the GGF's ability to deliver effective, evidence-based programme outputs and outcomes in support of countries' reform objectives. The duration of the contract is 3.5 years and will operate across all five countries and report to the DFID/FCO Joint Unit based in London.
