CSSF Strengthening Governance Structures in Syria
Description
To provide technical and financial support to a) improve the capacity and processes of Provincial and Local Councils, so enabling them to provide and/or oversee key services which meet community needs (including needs of vulnerable and marginalised groups), and b) improve linkages between provincial and local governance levels, thereby coordinating service delivery and enhancing governance practice.
