Description

This programme will develop, test and modify approaches for linking Afghan Community Development Councils with District and Provincial government, in order to deliver better health, education and other social services more effectively. The programme is expected to benefit just over 1.1 million people directly, of whom 50% percent will be women and girls; and up to almost 4 million indirectly.
