Strengthening measures to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence in the Central African Republic
Description
This project will provide awareness campaigns, child protection and childs rights training to counter traditional assumptions around women's rights, reduce stigma and support the creation of a protective environment. It will establish and train community-based Child Protection Committees, and build capacity of local actors to prevent and respond to sexual violence. It will also support survivors of sexual violence including psychosocial care and referral to health services.
