To accelerate the implementation of the Nationally Determined Contributions of key countries by catalysing and mobilising strategic private sector investments in sustainable infrastructure in Latin America. It supports partner countries to achieve their emission reduction commitments by mobilising private investment into low-carbon infrastructure. Public and private sector Technical Assistance, and blended finance investments. It works with four partner countries: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
Resilient Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Emergency Preparedness Programme (RWEPP)

The Resilient Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Emergency Preparedness Programme (RWEPP) is a five-year programme that started in July 2021. The RWEPP aims to increase inclusive access to sustainable and resilient Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services, and strengthen the resilience of communities to deal with climate induced disasters. The programme partners are the Gurkha Welfare Trust (GWT) and UNICEF.
Sudan Peace and Reconciliation Programme (SPRP)

The Juba Peace Agreement (JPA), and the civilian led transition to democratic governance in Sudan, presents a historic opportunity to address the root causes and impact of decades of conflict. This programme will catalyse transitional justice efforts and respond to opportunities to support Sudan’s political transition towards civilian governance. Impact Sudan has stayed on course to agree an inclusive peace agreement and political settlement which can under-pin the 2022 elections Outcomes GoS has a national coherent and inclusive structure & strategy for peace and stronger community conflict resolution and early warning. Greater agreement between stakeholders on the justice, rights and security settlement, greater GoS capacity to protect all citizens. HMG catalyses & leverages GoS and donor partners’ decisions & processes.
REACH: Improving water security for poor people

A £22.5m Research programme to support sustainable reduction in water insecurity in developing countries by producing robust and accessible evidence for governments, municipalities and other investment\policy decision makers and therefore long term, improved wellbeing for poor people dependent on water for livelihoods, health, environmental services in Africa and South Asia. This contributes towards the sustainable development goals by providing efficient and sustainably managed water systems which will support increased water security for 10 million people, while helping sustain and preserve water resources.
Mauritius Multi-Sector Development Programme (MMDP)

A multi-sector portfolio of flexible, small projects designed to be catalytic and to support the Government of Mauritius' implementation of its Vision 20230 development strategy, and advancing HMG global development priorities including on climate change, women and youth empowerment, and illicit financial flows. This small investment has the potential to be a discrete programme or as a foundation on which to build a more ambitious long term bilateral package.
