Creation of the National Fund for Climate & Environment (FONERWA)
Description
To help the Government of Rwanda achieve low carbon, climate resilient growth by providing technical assistance to help them manage FONERWA – a national fund for environment and climate change. This will help build national capacity for managing the fund by September 2015 and ensure that contributions to the fund are well-spent.
