Somalia Human Rights and Vulnerable Persons’ Programme
Description
This programme will strengthen the independent institutional framework required to develop human rights protections to hold perpetrators of abuses to account. Improving safety for women, girls and children by supporting protective attitudes and improving the capacity and policy framework available for responding to survivors of abuse. Providing professional support and strengthen independent oversight of human rights protection and supporting human rights defenders. This component will support effective capability to track and deal with human rights concerns in the security sector.
